I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive your package. It's possible that the driver delivered the package to a safe place or to a neighbor.
Please check the outside of your property, the parcel may have been left in a secure location. It is also worth checking the delivery information within the tracking system as any delivery images captured by the driver may help you identify where the parcel was left.
Please also check with your neighbors, as the driver may have left the package with them.
